NOTICE TO LAKE BERNADETTE CDD RESIDENTS

The Board of Supervisors (“the Board”) of the Lake Bernadette Community Development District (“the District”) currently has one vacancy Seat 4 with the term expiring November 2024.

The Board is seeking a Qualified Elector candidate to fill these seats. Per Florida Statute, 190.0033(17), A qualified elector means any person at least 18 year of age, who is a citizen of the United States, a legal resident of Florida and of the District, and who is registered to vote with the Supervisor of Elections in Pasco County, where the District land is located.

All interested and qualified candidates are asked to submit a letter of interest or resume to the District Manager, Mark Vega by email at mark.vega@inframark.com by April 15, 2022 Interested candidates will be required to attend to the April meeting so they can address the Board regarding their candidacy, and if appointed be able to immediately assume the office at the April meeting.
